terms & conditions
- These prices are for personal commissions only. If you intend to sell products (stickers, tshirts, merch etc.) or otherwise make profit with your commissioned art featured, please email me so we can work out a license agreement and commercial payment.
- Payment is made via PayPal (currency: EURO€). I will contact you upon accepting your commission request, and I will start working on the commission when the payment has been made.
- For most commissions, the project must be paid in full before i begin.
- I will stay in contact with you over the course of the commission regarding the status of the illustration and do my best to finalize it as soon as possible, however if you need the artwork by a certain day, you must inform me beforehand. I reserve the right to deny the request if it doesn't fit my schedule.
- Significant changes requested at a late stage (ie. “Can you change the pose” when you’ve already approved the sketch and lineart and I’m working on colors) will come with a revision charge of 20€ per revision. I will allow up to two major revisions per project.
- Completed and approved commissions will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- I reserve the right to adjust the price quotes based on the complexity of your project and design (NOTE: this mainly applies to characters with excessive amounts of detail).
- I reserve ownership to the artwork, including the right to display your finished commission in my portfolio and on social media for example. (If you would like me to withhold posting until a certain date, let me know.) I do NOT reserve the right to sell your commissioned artwork in any way, unless explicitly stated in writing.
- I deny the right to mint NFTs out of, resell, or use my artwork as part of blockchain or AI-related projects (commissioned or otherwise).
- I will NOT take commission requests for: artwork of sexual acts (slight NSFW is okay!) and excessive gore (again, mild blood is fine)
- I reserve the right to update these terms as needed.
